Amit Kumar Gupta is a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate student with a passion for learning and making new connections. He has a strong skill set in Mechanical Engineering, including knowledge about Material sciences, Structural Analysis, and Fluid Mechanics. He is proficient in CAD/CAM/CAE packages like AutoCAD, Solidworks, and ANSYS (Fluent solver), and is skilled in programming languages like C and C++. Amit has experience working as a Mechanical Design and Fabrication Engineer at Autonomous Underwater Vehicle - Delhi Technological University, where he competed with international AUV teams of different universities in the Singapore AUV Challenge - 2018 organized by IEEE OES in association with the National University of Singapore and Singapore Polytechnic. He has also worked as a Summer Intern at BHEL, where he generated PCB drawings on AutoCAD, extensively worked on PLM (SAP) module for Project Documentation, and documented the Digital Receiver for Search Master Radar. Amit is currently a Member (DTU Student Chapter) at ASME and is looking for research opportunities in Thermal and Fluid Applications. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from DTU and has completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Apart from his technical skills, Amit is a cheerful person with a constant urge for learning more. He is a humanitarian at heart and believes in giving his best to everything he attempts. With 7.70 years of relevant experience, Amit is a promising Mechanical Engineer with a bright future ahead.
